Homemade margarita pizza for dinner. It’s such a simple Friday night option, especially when I have the dough premade in the freezer. (Whenever I make the dough, I make enough for two meals, and freeze half.) Margarita pizza is my favourite, a simple combination of tomato, basil and mozzarella, and it brings back happy memories of Puglia and the best pizza in Italy.
