I have a new favourite recipe – Moroccan chicken and pearl couscous. I made it for friends a while ago, and it was a hit, and made it again today for the Husband and I. It was delicious, and best of all, there are leftovers for lunch or dinner later this week.
(It seems many of my daily delights are food-related. What a surprise!)
