It is cold today. We are not going to get into double figures. I’m wearing a black jersey with a high wrap collar, cosy around my neck. We’ve had a lot of cold, sub-10C days this winter, and frankly, I enjoy them. There’s something about wrapping up warm, enjoying a hot cup of tea, putting on my thick, woolly coat that I bought in London almost 14 years ago. It’s quite possibly the last cold day of the year. So I’m delighting in it. (And may need to go and put my leopard skin fluffy slippers on, as my toes are chilly. That’s a delight in itself.)

Is a high-wrap collar like a turtleneck?

Not really, though it serves the same purpose. It has a long collar, that crosses/wraps over itself so fits snugly around my neck.
