A flower on a walk

On my regular walk, there’s a big camellia bush only about 100 metres from my home. It is often covered in flowers, and I was surprised to see it still blooming madly, this close to summer. Usually a late winter flower, I guess it is situated facing south south-east, towards a hill, so it doesn’t get much light. Much like one of our own camellias that has a similar vibrant pink flower.
