Lemon, salmon, tomato pasta

I decided to cook a favourite pasta dish for dinner, keeping the flavours light after a lamb tagine the night before. I haven’t made the dish for a long time, and was – as always – slightly surprised at how delicious it was. Simple flavours – caramelised onions and olive oil, lemon juice, smoked salmon, cherry tomatoes, and a bit of black pepper, and shredded basil leaves on top. Mm mmm mmmmmm! I’m not going to leave it so long before I make it again.
