In the spirit of starting the New Year, I looked at my trusty old fry pan, and its failing surface, and knew it was time to find a replacement. I trotted off to my favourite kitchen store/fresh market, where it is always fun to look at new things, stock up on essentials, and get something interesting for lunch. The fry pan was purchased, a brand and style I haven’t used, but think it should serve me well. Satisfaction! And as a treat, I chose a selection of sushi from the sushi bar for lunch. Simple delights.
