Delights often seem to focus on food. It is, of course, one of the great delights of life. I can’t imagine being one of those people who eat to live only. How dull their lives and meal-times must feel! So, today, in preparation for something tomorrow, I enjoyed some shopping at my favourite specialty food store, and then spent the afternoon making an extravagant dessert that, by the time it was finished, would cater for 16-20 people! It was successful, and looks amazing. Photos to come.
