After weeks of thinking about it, I finally got around to making my overnight seed bread. It was worth the wait. It is so easy. No kneading, instant yeast, means I just mix it up (which I did last night), and pop it into the fridge. This morning it went straight into the very hot oven. The smell of bread baking is delicious, and it makes an excellent salad sandwich, and the best toast. Not to mention how virtuous I feel, baking my own bread and eating healthily!
