A cold day, with a broken heating system (definitely not a delight grrr), means needing to be active to stay warm. So the satisfaction of getting some chores done (namely, a pile of laundry and ironing) was supplemented by a cosy time on the couch under a blanket with a portable heater keeping us warm. It’s too early in the season to be cold, but the occasional day is … well … quite delightful.
